24-7 Prayer is an international, interdenominational movement of prayer, mission and justice working in more than half the nations on earth. We help millions of people in thousands of locations to encounter God and engage with the needs of the world.
Their aim is to revive the church and rewire the culture through Prayer Rooms and Boiler Rooms.
The 24-7 movement began when a simple, student-led prayer vigil suddenly went viral spreading into more than 12,000 locations and every denomination from the Catholic Church in Austria to the Salvation Army in Australia and countless persecuted fellowships in the Middle East.
24-7 Prayer today is a family of churches, a start-up for innovative resources, and a greenhouse for new projects and NGOs such as 24-7 Ibiza, the 24-7 Academy and Prayer Spaces in Schools. At its heart, however, 24-7 remains a non-stop prayer meeting that has continued night and day, without a break in multiple locations for every moment of this century so far.
Last night as you slept, someone somewhere was encountering God in a 24-7 Prayer Room. Right now, as you read this, someone is seeking to live out their prayers practically amongst those who are hurting. This integrated combination of spiritual formation and social transformation has attracted the attention of the media from Rolling Stone to Reader’s Digest and a specially commissioned Channel 4 television documentary.
